FAQ
- Who counts as a “Mine Operator”? Employees of companies that own or operate mine sites — extraction, processing, site management, HSE, procurement, corporate technical teams. Holding companies of mines qualify; OEMs, distributors, and consultancies do not.
- Who is a “Solution Provider”? Any organization selling products, equipment, software, or services into the mining sector — including consultancies and law firms. If your company invoices mines, this is your category.
- What about utilities, insurers, and banks? They’re not “selling” at the event, but they’re not operators either — the Delegate rate exists exactly for them, at full access.
- How do you verify? Organization type is checked at registration (public info + domain check). Mis-categorized passes are re-invoiced at the correct rate or cancelled — this protects buyer density for everyone.
- I’m speaking — do I register? No. Confirmed speakers receive their Speaker Pass directly from the program team.
- VAT? Swedish VAT (25%) applies; EU businesses may reverse-charge with a valid VAT number; non-EU businesses may reclaim under local rules.
- Cancellation? Full refund until 31 March 2027 · 50% until 30 April 2027 · name changes free anytime · passes transferable within your organization.
- Press? Limited complimentary press passes
